**Key Responsibilities**:
Work closely with field engineers and service teams to schedule maintenance or repairs
Continuously work on improving customer service efficiency and response times.
Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues and ensure resolution within the SLA
Wiling to work in holidays and Weekends
1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the POS or IT hardware industry
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Local language is an added advantage
Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently
