Telecaller for Banking Dsa

**A**:

- Responsibilities*

1 Make **outbound calls** to potential customers, offering loan products of various banks and explaining benefits

2 To engage the customer, understand their needs and pitch the solution that fits their requirement

3 Knowledge about each banking products and documents required for each product.

4 To make calls as per targets given on each product of the Banks.

5 To collect data from the customers for future reference, follow ups and reminders

6 Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system

7 Follow specific client scripts and guidelines of TRAI to ensure consistency and quality

9 Learn about the product and services quickly and improve communication skills

**B-**Skills required for Tele callers**

1. Excellent communications skills. Communication must be clear, Polite and full of confidence.

2. Knowledge about banking products like personal loan, home loan, OD, CC

3. A tele caller needs to be comfortable using CRM systems, call software and even social media platforms.

4. Time management -Balancing multiple tasks like making calls and updating CRM records, is part of the job. Priorities and stay organized to handle your workload efficiently.

5. Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi

**C-**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

1 Must be a Graduate

2 Experience of 2-3 years in tele calling related to Banking products

**D-**CTC**:
1 CTC is 14k per month plus incentives based on Target achievement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
