Duration: 3 to 6 Months

**Job description**:
**About the Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic **Python Developers** to join our team. You'll work on building smart systems using technologies like **FastAPI**, **SQLAlchemy**, and AI concepts such as **LLM**, **Agentic AI**, and **RAG**.

Key Responsibilities
- **Backend Development**:

- Create and maintain APIs using **FastAPI** and **SQLAlchemy**.
- Implement features like user authentication and asynchronous processing.
- **AI System Development**:

- Build intelligent agents using tools like **LangChain** and **AutoGen**.
- Develop systems that can retrieve and generate information using **RAG** techniques.
- Work with **Large Language Models (LLM)** and **Agentic AI** to create autonomous systems.
- **Collaboration & Documentation**:

- Work with other teams to design and implement solutions.
- Document your work to ensure clarity and maintainability.

**Fresher (Entry-Level) Requirements**
- **Programming Languages**:

- Intermediate knowledge of **Python** and **SQL**.
- **Web Frameworks**:

- Familiarity with frameworks like **FastAPI**, **Django**, or **Flask**.
- **AI & Machine Learning**:

- Understanding of **Deep Learning**, **Machine Learning**, and **Natural Language Processing (NLP)** this 3 must important.
- Interest in learning about **Prompt Engineering**, **LLM**, **Agentic AI**, and **RAG**.
- **Development Practices**:

- Willingness to learn about asynchronous programming and API authentication.
- Basic experience with version control systems like **Git**.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Experienced (Mid-Level) Requirements**
- **Programming Languages**:

- Strong proficiency in **Python** and **SQL**.
- **Web Frameworks**:

- Experience with **FastAPI** and **SQLAlchemy**.
- **AI & Machine Learning**:

- Practical experience with **Deep Learning**, **Machine Learning**, and **NLP**.
- Hands-on experience with **LLM**, **Agentic AI**, and **RAG** systems.
- **Development Practices**:

- Expertise in asynchronous programming and API authentication.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with version control systems like **Git**.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills (For Both Levels)**
- **AI Frameworks**:

- Experience with **LangChain**, **AutoGen**, or **Simpliflow**.
- **Deployment & Scalability**:

- **Additional Languages**:

- Knowledge of **TypeScript** or other programming languages is a plus.
