**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their purchases, offering information on jewellery products, sales, and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all payments are correctly recorded (cash, credit cards, etc.).
- Maintain knowledge of the store’s products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a professional and timely manner.
- Balance the cash register and prepare deposits at the end of the shift.
- Ensure a clean and organized checkout area and assist with store maintenance as needed.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold the store’s customer service standards and brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a cashier, retail associate, or in a customer service role, preferably in a jewellery or luxury goods environment.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- A passion for jewellery and fashion is a plus
