**About the client**: Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organization.

**Job Purpose**:To Manage Sales PAN India in the pain management category.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To Manage Sales in the orthopaedics, rheumatology and Pain segment.
- To handle a business of 150 crores.
- Location: Mumbai
- Reportees: 500
- The role directly reports into the VP - Sales:

- Making Long term and Short Term Goals for business development of Company
- Coordinating between Company management and his team members
- Making Business plans and strategies
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of zone.
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Market review of new products and services
- Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
- Keeping balance between corporate life and field life
- Excellent interpersonal skill to manage internal and external customers like Market research, Analytical ability, business planning & KOL management to ensure desired ROI.
- Expertise to launch Team, Products at national level. Able to percolate can do attitude in subordinates to ensure 100% execution of business strategy up to grass root level for better growth & returns.
- Skilled in Market Access and multi-speciality segment, Pharmaceutics, Market Research, budget Planning, Business orientation. Talent Acquisition, Field training, Warehouse management and Strong sales professional.

**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:

- B.Sc. & 15 years experience.
