**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Physics to senior secondary students.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans that meet the educational standards and curriculum requirements.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- **Laboratory Work**:

- Supervise and guide students in laboratory experiments and practical sessions.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the laboratory.
- Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and resources.
- **Assessment**:

- Design, administer, and grade assessments, tests, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to promote their academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer academic guidance and support to students.
- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and active participation in class.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Participate in the development and revision of the Physics curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Physics and integrate them into teaching.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s academic and extracurricular programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Proven track record of academic success and student development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
