**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive(IT)

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in IT recruitment in the domestic market.
- Experience in sourcing the resumes through different job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- Review the Job Description to understand the needs of the organization.
- Will responsible for Salary Negotiations
- Should be well versed with Induction of the company
- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills and strong commitment to the profession
- To maintain various day-to-day records etc
- Promotes company reputation as best place to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
