Instrument Foreman

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Designation—Instrument Foreman**

**Location-Abu Dhabi**
- Supervise daily activities of instrument technicians and fitters for installation, calibration, loop checking, maintenance, and repair of instruments and control systems.
- Interpret instrument drawings, hook-up diagrams, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and datasheets for effective planning and execution.
- Allocate tasks to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
- Monitor and inspect installation of field instruments (pressure, temperature, level, flow transmitters), control valves, analyzers, junction boxes, impulse lines, tubing, and associated fittings for quality and compliance.
- Oversee instrument cable pulling, glanding, termination, and continuity/megger testing.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams to ensure interface works are completed safely and on schedule.
- Conduct calibration and functional testing of instruments using appropriate test equipment as per manufacturer’s specifications and project standards.
- Supervise loop checking and pre-commissioning activities in coordination with commissioning teams.
- Ensure all work activities comply with site safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and isolation standards.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
