This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.

The role would play a key role in scaling up the Direct to Consumer Business by creating and implementing statistical/Machine Learning models, Insight based analysis and storyboarding, analyzing different campaigns to capture opportunities for acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, upsell. S/he should be able to understand business needs, translate them to analytical requirements, and build an appropriate solution. To such ends, the individual needs to work collaboratively with Sales/Marketing/Product/Tech teams.

**What You'll Bring**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop Statistical/ ML models for various use cases, customer analytics, segmentation etc. using Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Clustering algorithms etc.
- Ensure model performance, validation, scalability criteria are reviewed regularly with timely updates for proactive adoption to changes in business strategies or portfolio performance.
- Gather data from multiple data sources and build logics to create appropriate variables to be analyzed.
- Analyze campaign performance analytically to identify lift and optimize budget allocation
- Identify new use cases and create analytics bases storyboard for sales pitch and to engage with existing partners.
- Support critical business decisions through adhoc analysis to uncover new insights in data.
- Responsible for generating innovative ideas, applies theoretical knowledge to solve problems across functions.
- Proactively look for opportunities to increase efficiencies through automation where ever applicable.
- Follow best practices with respect to coding standards and documentation
- Collaborate with various teams across functions to deliver high quality output in shorter time.

Demonstrate self-driven initiatives to learn new techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

**Experience and Skills**

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Any Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree with relevant experience in analytics role.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Logical and Structured thinking and Business acumen
- Expertise in tools and technologies like SQL, R, Spark, Hive, Tableau, Python (good to have) etc.
- Thought Leadersip.
- Mentoring and managing a team of Data Analysts and Data scientists.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
