Job description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations, and managing a team of construction professionals. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities. Ensure strict compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain a safe working environment, consistently upholding safety protocols.
Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors. Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project objectives and progress.
Quality Assurance Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project requirements and specifications. Identify and promptly address any defects or deviations from plans.
Communication Act as a liaison between on-site personnel, engineers, project managers, and clients. Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed of project status and issues.
Documentation Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, site logs, and inspection records. Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in order.
Additional Information This role may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. Travel to different construction sites may be necessary. The Civil Site Supervisor may need to work irregular hours to ensure project milestones are met.
