**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update billing records and databases.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure correct billing as per delivery and order details.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and GST details before invoice creation.
- Handle credit notes, debit notes, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing daily and monthly billing reports for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles (preferably in trading or distribution).
- Knowledge of **Tally ERP / Excel / GST billing**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
