**About the Internship**:
Are you a people person with a passion for communication and sales? This internship at Zingy Gifts offers a hands-on opportunity to dive into the world of e-commerce and customer relationship management. You will be the frontline of our brand, directly interacting with customers and learning how to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and assist in managing order processes, including COD confirmations and status updates.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups for bulk/corporate orders.
- Help maintain and update customer records and order trackers in Google Sheets/Excel.
- A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in **BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication**.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- A **fast learner** with a keen interest in e-commerce, sales, and customer service.
- Basic familiarity with **Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)** or MS Office.
- A **proactive and positive attitude** - ready to take on new challenges

**What You Will Gain**:
