Reference Data Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Reference Data Associate, you manage and support the delivery of a global strategy across Investor Services products. Your focus will on the Client Account Services Model (CIM), Client Documentation, Accounts, and Entitlements. We oversee in-flight remediation projects, identify risks and barriers, define project roles and responsibilities, manage governance, and track deliverables to ensure successful remediation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Client Account Services activities for in-flight documentation remediation projects.
- Work across several products and remediation projects, including regulatory requirements and control/risk-related issues.
- Handle client agreements and related documentation.
- Lead a team performing functions such as searching, scanning, and indexing legal documents to electronic imaging systems.
- Maintain client records.
- Review documents to ensure they satisfactorily meet specific outlined requirements.
- Contribute to a wider team and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain an understanding of client documents.
- Approach work with a control mindset.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Demonstrated strong people management skills.
- You must have at least 5+ years of experience
- You must hold at least bachelor's degree or above
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables.
- Proven expertise in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
