Psychologist Intern

**Assessments & Observations**:

- Assist in conducting psychological assessments and screenings.
- Observe students in classrooms or counseling sessions to gather behavioral insights.
- **Counseling Support**:

- Support individual and group counseling sessions under supervision.
- Help address emotional, social, and academic concerns of students.
- **Intervention Planning**:

- Assist in developing and implementing intervention strategies for students in need.
- Work on behavior modification plans and socio-emotional learning activities.
- **Workshops & Awareness Programs**:

- Assist in planning and conducting mental health awareness programs for students, teachers, and parents.
- Facilitate workshops on topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, and peer relationships.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain case notes, session reports, and assessment data.
- Assist in preparing reports for teachers, counselors, and school leadership.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Coordinate with teachers and school staff to support students’ well-being.
- Engage with parents to provide insights on their child’s emotional and behavioral development.
- **Research & Learning**:

- Stay updated with the latest psychological research and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance counseling and assessment skills.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology (Master’s in Clinical, Counseling, or Educational Psychology).
- Strong observational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Prior internship or volunteering experience in a school or mental health setting is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,394.14 - ₹33,044.88 per month
