**Role : AVP - Planning and Strategy**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Planning of Direct Marketing, manpower indent etc.**

2. Finalizing FLS Goal sheet, Fast Track Promotion, Incentives

3. Finalizing KPI for BM and above

4. Managing Finance dashboards, Overall achievement, FLS productivity, Margin, VONB, Cost overrun, COA for Direct marketing channel

5. Rolling out monthly, Tactical initiatives for Direct Marketing channel

6. Managing backend processes like Daily MIS & Dashboards, Code creation & Remapping process, management of FLS promotion, PIP & MBG process
