We are hiring for one of our esteemed client in Agriculture sector
**Location**:
- **Nawalgarh, Rajasthan**
**Salary - Up to 4LPA**
**Position**:
- Field Executive / Collection center Executive
- Day to day management of collection center and distribution operations.
- Planning of manpower & logistics for dispatch of products from the farm.
- Compliance with respect to inventory reconciliation, stock planning and sanitation practices in the collection center.
- Work in close co-ordination with planning team on specific issues that could impact harvesting plan / sales.
- Drive improvement projects related to serviceability, traceability, quality improvement & process improvement.
- Grievance handling with respect to quality issues with contract farmers
- Food safety and hygiene standards
