We are a leading supplier of fish feed and medicine, dedicated to providing high-quality products to fish farmers in West Bengal. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fish Feed/Medicine Salesman to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Promote and sell fish feed and medicine products to fish farmers and aquaculture businesses in West Bengal.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

4. Conduct regular visits to fish farms, hatcheries, and aquaculture centers to understand market needs and gather feedback on products.

5. Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.

6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.

8. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales plans, forecasts, and strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of **2-5 years of experience in fish feed/medicine sales.**

2. Strong background in sales techniques and customer relationship management.

3. Knowledge of the aquaculture industry and understanding of fish farming practices.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Must be fluent in Bengali and have a good understanding of English.

8. Must possess a valid driver's license and own mode of transportation.
