Sales & Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Engage in cold calling, networking, and other proactive methods to create a robust sales pipeline.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Present and demonstrate our facility services to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to meet client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closure**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure deals.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Analysis and Feedback**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends to refine sales strategies.
- **For Freshers**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented with a desire to build a successful career in sales.
- Proven sales experience in the facility services industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of facility services and related industries.
