**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 5 years in a leadership role (Principal).
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE norms, NEP 2020, and school accreditation processes.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and adept in modern teaching-learning practices.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide strong leadership in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Oversee all school operations, including academics, discipline, administration, and staff development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Implement policies aligned with CBSE norms and NEP 2020 goals.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Lead the professional development and performance appraisal of staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of school quality assurance systems (SQAA).
- Represent the school in official and community forums.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kawardha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
