Job Title -UI/UX Designer

Job Location

**You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brands/services/products.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Create and manage core experimental design concepts as per project requirements.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.
- Identify the tools, templates, and techniques that evolve existing approaches for the larger creative community
- You will conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 to 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Languages: - HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, Font awesome, etc.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Type**: - Full Time

Salary Range: - Rs.10,000/- to Rs.15,000/
- **Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Lucknow - 226001, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
