Title: Front Desk Appointment Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries.
3. Schedule appointments for clients using the scheduling system and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth appointment flow.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents as needed.
6. Provide basic information to clients about services, procedures, and office policies.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
8. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy regulations.
10. Willingness to work in US time zones and accommodate flexible schedules as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in using basic office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
5. Customer service-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others.
6. Flexibility to work in US time zones, including evenings and weekends as required.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
8. Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate US time zones.
Pay: ₹9,701.52 - ₹30,000.00 per month
