Job Title: Data Analyst - Garments Manufacturing Company

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources within the company, including manufacturing processes, supply chain data, and sales performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to track and report on key performance indicators.
- Identify trends and patterns within the data to inform business decisions and operational strategies.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, and implement measures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continually improve data analysis processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of garments manufacturing processes and industry-specific data metrics is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
