**Position: Customer Support Executive (Chat + Voice)**

**Location: Noida**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Role Summary**:*

**Handle 80% chat and 20% voice customer support**

**Resolve queries efficiently in English & Hindi**

**Maintain professionalism and accurate records**

**Escalate issues as needed in a fast-paced environment**

**Requirements**:*

**Education: Graduate (any discipline)**

**Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi**

**Assessment: Versant-4, minimum score: 5**

**Experience: Open to freshers & experienced**

**Salary**:*

**Freshers: ₹19,000 CTC / ₹15,000 in-hand**

**Experienced: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹20,000 in-hand**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
