RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effective written communication skills - need to communicate in a clear and concise manner while also responding with the right answers in limited interruption.
- Should have multitasking skills - need the ability to work through several chats/tasks/ problems simultaneously to be effective.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems - providing help and support with installation, customization, maintenance, and upgrading of the product.
- should have the ability to write,understand and speak English.
- Coordinate with team and Updates and Improvements to the customers
- Inform customers about new features and functionalitieS
- Take complete in depth knowledge on our product for better delivers and troubleshooting
- Gather customer feedback and share our Products with them
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
