VPMM Matriculation School is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and skilled Vice Principal to assist in the administration and leadership of the school. The Vice Principal will support the Principal in overseeing academic programs, managing staff, ensuring student welfare, and driving school initiatives aimed at maintaining high educational standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Assisting in Leadership**: Support the Principal in the day-to-day management and administration of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of academic and non-academic activities.
- **Curriculum and Instructional Oversight**: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the school curriculum to ensure it meets educational standards and fosters student engagement and success.
- **Student Welfare and Discipline**: Support student development by ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Assist in maintaining discipline and addressing student issues related to behavior, attendance, and academic performance.
- **Staff Development and Training**: Organize and facilitate regular professional development programs for teachers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with parents and the broader community. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate school events, policies, and progress.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist in the management of school resources, including overseeing student records, academic reports, and maintaining the school’s academic calendar. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and educational standards.
- **Leadership During Principal’s Absence**: Step in for the Principal when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making in the school.
- **Co-curricular Activities**: Promote and support co-curricular activities that enhance students' overall development, including sports, arts, and other extracurricular events.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A Master’s degree in Education or a related field. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Additional qualifications such as an M.Ed. or relevant certifications in educational leadership will be an advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or administrative role, preferably as a Vice Principal, Head of Department, or similar position.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of educational methodologies, curriculum development, and instructional practices.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on student success and school improvement.
- Proficiency in educational technology and management systems.
- Ability to build relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
**Salary Package**: Competitive (to be discussed during the interview process)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
