**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a team of analysts and client support personnel related to CLO and syndicated loan software
- Able to understand the business requirements and technical environments in order to creatively assist the users in defining these requirements
- Ensure the deadlines are met and be proactive in responding to the clients. Communicate the feedback to the appropriate groups as quickly as possible
- Create, analyze and summarize reports based on business need and share with the stake holders involved
- Should be able to collaborate with cross geographical team members
- Need to be flexible to work in different time zones based on business requirement.

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- BBA- Finance/MBA - Finance/B.Tech (any stream)
- 0-1 year experience in business analysis/client support/software development/testing preferably in a global organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Team Player

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity or experience with the software development life cycle, client support, business analysis
- Basic Knowledge on computer programming languages such as SQL
- Basic knowledge on Syndicate Loans, Regex programming is a plus.
