Key Responsibilities:
- **Hospital Marketing & Business Development**:
Promote hospital services, treatments, and specialties to doctors and healthcare
professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners
(GPs) and referral doctors. Identify new business opportunities and drive patient
referrals.
- **Daily GP Visits**:
Visit assigned GPs and doctors regularly to provide updates about hospital
services. Address their concerns and ensure seamless patient referrals.
Gather feedback and improve engagement with healthcare professionals.
- **Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition**:
Identify potential leads through doctor referrals, community outreach, and
networking. Maintain a database of referring doctors and follow up on patient
inquiries.
- **Organizing Camps & CME Programs**:
Plan and execute medical camps, awareness programs, and free check-up events.
Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions for doctors to enhance
professional engagement. Collaborate with medical professionals and marketing
teams to drive event success.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
Provide insights on pricing, new services, and customer preferences.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
Maintain records of daily visits, doctor interactions, and business development
activities. Prepare periodic reports on lead conversions, referrals, and market
feedback.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to organize and manage medical events/camps.
- Target-driven with a strategic approach to lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in working with hospitals, diagnostic centers, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Good understanding of healthcare services and patient referral mechanisms.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and outreach programs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
