Key Responsibilities
- **Data Management**: Gather, organize, and maintain accurate data in databases, ensuring integrity for business operations.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document management, and office supply organization.
- **Order and Project Processing**: Oversee orders, ensure prompt delivery of supplies, and monitor project timetables to support project execution.
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present reports and presentations to management as required.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all activities and records comply with company policies and regulations.
- **Internal Coordination**: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between different departments to ensure efficient operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update internal systems, and document technical processes and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM platforms and data processing tools is often required.
- **Soft Skills**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Crucial for data accuracy and ensuring compliance.
- **Organizational Skills**: Essential for managing tasks, records, and files effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal abilities for internal coordination and customer interaction.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree, often in Business Administration or a related field, is typically preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a similar back office or administrative support role is beneficial.
