Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Creative Designing**:

- Create eye-catching graphics, creatives, videos, and reels using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Design engaging marketing campaigns aligned with the brand identity.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Develop engaging captions, posts, and stories for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan monthly **content calendars** and ensure consistent posting.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Handle company’s entire social media accounts end-to-end.
- Reply to queries, engage with audience, and grow followers.
- Provide weekly **performance updates & analytics** to management.
- **Performance Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the team to run **paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)**.
- Track ROI, engagement, and conversions from campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and lead generation.
- **Business Growth Focus**:

- Suggest and implement strategies to **boost brand awareness and customer acquisition**.
- Stay updated with latest **social media trends, tools, and strategies**.

**Requirements**:

- **1 - 2 years of proven experience** in social media design & handling.
- Strong skills in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (mandatory)**.
- Experience in **content writing, designing, and video editing**.
- Knowledge of **performance marketing (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)**.
- Understanding of **B2B SaaS / communication solutions** (preferred).
- Ability to **analyze insights, prepare reports, and boost performance**.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
