Visa and Immigration Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- The Visa and Immigration Counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- You must have experience of Study Abroad Counseling for USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
- Must have knowledge of admissions and filing.
- You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- The Visa and Immigration Counselor must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- The Visa and Immigration Counselor must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- The Visa and Immigration Counselor must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
- You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Linguistics, English Literature, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Immigration issues and operations & assessment criteria.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively explain complex concepts and provide feedback.
- Familiarity with overseas education systems, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and communication purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Rohtak, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
