**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company’s products/services and answer customer queries.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify leads during phone calls.
- Maintain a record of customer details and feedback for follow-up.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads.
- Prepare daily reports and share them with the supervisor.
- **Achieving Targets**:

- Work towards achieving daily and monthly call and sales targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification of 12th Standard (Higher Secondary Education).

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of using computers and MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (not mandatory).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work onsite in Pathanamthitta.
- Availability to join immediately.
