**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and implement marketing campaigns for hospital and wellness services.
- Build relationships with doctors, wellness consultants, corporate clients, and community partners.
- Organize health camps, wellness programs, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to manage social media, online listings, and patient engagement campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare and wellness sector.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Track, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Support patient education initiatives and customer satisfaction programs.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or wellness centers.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and patient engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel for events, outreach programs, and business development.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in B2C healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with patient relationship management (PRM) or hospital management software.
- Creative and proactive approach to branding and outreach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
