**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive lectures and workshops on event planning, marketing, budgeting, logistics, and production.
- Provide foundational training and insights in:

- **Music and entertainment coordination**:

- **Event décor and theme design**:

- **Photography and videography essentials**:

- **Catering and hospitality management**:

- **Sound, lighting, and stage design**:

- **Dance, choreography, and performance management**:

- Design and update course content and assessment methods aligned with industry trends.
- Mentor students through live projects, internships, and career development.
- Collaborate with industry experts to organize guest lectures, workshops, and field activities.
- Contribute to academic planning and overall institutional growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in event management, wedding planning, or training.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of music, décor, photography, catering, sound & lighting, and dance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring event professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools preferred.

**Employment Type**:
Full-time

**Salary**:
Negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
