We help corporates, colleges, and government organisations build resilient communities. We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program - Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling. We work with them through awareness modules, self-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organisation-level diagnostic and reporting.

Our offerings include Product Led Engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists,Leadership Programs, Manager Training, and much more. We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organisations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.

We at YourDOST are looking for Clinical Psychologist ( 2+ years of experience) based out of Bangalore who wants to make an impact and to work with us as an in-house expert at Bangalore.

**Work Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging, informative, and well-structured content for workshops, webinars, and training programs.
- Ability to organize and design programs as per B2B client’s requirements
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, style, and tone.
- Organize and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure content meets the evolving needs of clients.

**Requirement**:

- Master’s in Psychology / Organisational Psychology
- Exposure/experience in content development and training is a plus
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English (Hindi & other languages advantageous)

**Job Type and Work Hours**: Full-time position, work from office at HSR layout with a 5-days work week.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
