**Property Trades (PT)**: A next-gen real estate discovery platform built to connect everyday buyers and investors with verified properties. PT focuses on informative and aspirational content to help people navigate property decisions with confidence.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create eye-catching creatives for digital advertising, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conceptualize and deliver posters, banners, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visual assets.
- Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while exploring fresh and innovative styles.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva**.
- Strong understanding of **design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques**.
- Ability to create different **poster styles** and adapt designs for multiple platforms.
- Prior experience designing creatives for **social media campaigns and digital ads** is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Innovative thinker with a passion for exploring new design trends.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and social media platforms.

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
- CorelDraw: 1 year (preferred)
- Illustration: 1 year (preferred)
- Canva: 1 year (preferred)
