The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating attractive, customer-centric jewellery displays that drive sales and reflect the brand’s image. The role involves planning, designing, and executing in-store and window displays that highlight product aesthetics, enhance customer experience, and align with promotional campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement innovative window and in-store displays to attract customers.
- Ensure jewellery displays are aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Regularly update displays based on stock availability, promotions, and new launches.
- Collaborate with store managers, marketing, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards for cleanliness, lighting, and display aesthetics.
- Monitor customer engagement with displays and suggest improvements.
- Source and manage display props, mannequins, lighting, and décor.
- Train sales staff on basic display maintenance and VM standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on jewellery visual merchandising trends.
- Ensure displays highlight product features such as craftsmanship, uniqueness, and design.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Fashion, Retail, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the jewellery/luxury retail sector.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of materials, props, and lighting for jewellery displays.
- Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stores if required.
