**Introduction**:
**What will you be doing?**

Main duties and responsibilities
- Build and maintain the next generation monitoring tools for Reference Data systems focusing on intelligent alerting with a business context.
- Deliver automation solutions to eliminate recurring manual activities from the environment.
- Implement continuous service improvements to exceed business expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to analyse the stability requirements for systems migrating to a new cloud-based environment (AWS Training will be provided).

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Technical knowledge of databases, middleware, servers, and batches
- Ability to diagnose and address technical failures
- Working knowledge of hardware and software
- Experience collaborating with others to solve technical problems

**Skills that will help you in the role**:
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience with setup and maintenance of monitoring tools
- Experience delivering automation and/or continuous improvements
- Knowledge of Financial Markets and the lifecycle of a trade
