Job Overview: Client service executive is responsible for acquisition of new customers and managing existing ones to get the targeted business growth. Excellent customer service and consistent relationship with clients. Responsible to follow the sales process meticulously with full required documentation

**Job Profile**:
On job training will be provided

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Uphold the brand of the organisation by promoting its products and services in the market place continuously and persistently

Meticulously following the sales process and completing the required documentation to ensure smooth project implementation

Raising the appropriate invoice and follow up for recovery of dues from client

Deepen and maintain good relationship with clients for repeat business

Create and present sales pitches and presentations in the market place

Give a regular feedback on changing customer requirements in the market place to the BD Sales Head as inputs to create new markets/ prodcuts and services

Manage and coordinate operations and deliverance for client satisfaction within approved timelines
