**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer** to join our growing design team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design foundation who wants to take ownership of projects, create impactful visuals, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You will design digital assets that inspire, engage, and communicate the FlexifyMe brand effectively across all channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design **high-quality graphics** for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to **conceptualize visuals** aligned with campaign goals
- Ensure **brand consistency** across all creative touchpoints
- Stay updated with the latest **design and digital trends** to bring fresh ideas
- Support in creating **visual guidelines and templates** for scaling design needs

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of professional design experience (internships/freelance work count)
- Proficiency in tools like **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma**, etc.
- Strong sense of **color theory, layout, typography, and visual storytelling**:

- A **portfolio** showcasing creativity and design execution (college/personal projects welcome)
- Ability to work **on-site** (remote not available)
- Bonus**:Motion graphics or video editing** skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
