Personal Assistant (Business Operations) - Job Posting

Location: Asansol, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts and financial entries using Tally software, ensuring accuracy and reporting.
- Experience in Assisting with GST, TDS, and tax filings, maintaining compliance and documentation.
- Handle direct and indirect tax-related responsibilities, including return filing and payment processing
- Conduct business research, analyze trends, and support business strategy.
- Organize and manage business certificates and essential documentation.
- Provide administrative support as needed.

What I Expect:

- This is a competitive position: salary is not fixed—it will depend on performance and ability. The salary range is ₹15,000 to ₹40,000, based on proven results and your demonstrated value to the business.
- I repeat: Do not waste my time. Any half-hearted effort or lack of commitment will not be entertained.
- I require someone who is more than just an assistant—Someone who is genuinely invested in business development and welfare.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven skills in Tally, GST/TDS/tax compliance.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital records.

Preferred Skills;
- Experience managing business compliance and documentation.
- Demonstrable ability in research and business analysis.
- Problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and growth mindset.

“As my personal assistant, you will manage business records using Tally software, handle my daily schedule, and ensure that all GST, TDS, and tax compliance matters are completed for both myself and my business. Your responsibilities will also include conducting business research and analysis as required, preparing and organizing important documents, and coordinating communications.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential. Experience in accounting, tax compliance, and business operations is a must. “
