Job Description: Brainwonders, a leading provider of career counseling and assessment services, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
- Support marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and event promotion.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Help in creating marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
- Assist in organizing and executing events or promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a related field (Marketing, Business, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

**Stipend: ₹12,000 to ₹ 20,000 per month**

**Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM**

**Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)**

Pay: ₹15,069.11 - ₹19,471.75 per month
