**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Set up dining tables with required cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and buffet areas.
- Assist in setting up buffet counters and replenishing food items.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols in all food handling activities.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations when needed.
- Handle guest queries and special requests professionally.
- Support event and banquet services as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resort environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (training provided for freshers).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to handle long working hours, lifting, and moving items.
