**Overview**:
Community engagement executive is responsible for organizing, and executing events that combine fun and learning for children. This role involves creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what appeals to kids. Events may range from birthday parties and school functions / workshops / PTMs to community events and themed parties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and parents to organize engaging educational events and activities for children of various age groups.

2. Collaborate with educators to develop age-appropriate content.

3. Organize user testing sessions with kids and collect honest feedback of children & parents from testing sessions to support the design team.

4. Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and parents to increase event attendance and participation.

5. Coordinate schedules, activities, and staffing for events. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to events.

6. Gather feedback from children, parents, Educators. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for future events.

**Skills**:
1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Excellent Communication Skills

4. Proficiency in event management software and basic office tools.

5. Familiarity with safety regulations for children’s activities.

6. Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
