We are looking for a creative **Fresher Videographer/Editor** to produce high-quality video content for our **social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling**. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Shoot and edit **high-quality videos** for social media, marketing, and branding purposes.
- Work on **product explainer videos, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and promotional content**.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to develop creative video concepts.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for **indoor & outdoor shoots**.
- Edit videos using tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut**.
- Optimize video content for different social media platforms (**Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook**).
- Add effects, animations, subtitles, and transitions to enhance video appeal.
- Manage and organize video assets for future use.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Basic understanding** of videography and video editing.
- Familiarity with editing software like **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut**.
- Knowledge of **camera handling, lighting setups, and audio recording** is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work on **short-form and long-form video content**.
- A keen interest in **social media trends and video marketing**.
- Ability to take **feedback positively** and improve continuously.

**Preferred (But Not Mandatory)**:

- A **portfolio** or sample videos showcasing your work (even personal projects or college assignments are welcome).
- Knowledge of **motion graphics, basic animation, or photography** is a plus.
- Ability to work with **AI-based video tools** for quick edits.
