**Qualification**:

- **B.Sc. (Chemistry)** or equivalent degree.

**Experience**:

- **4-5 years** of relevant experience in the **Production Department** of a **Chemical or Process Industry**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth plant operation and achievement of production targets.
- Monitor process parameters, batch operations, and maintain process discipline as per SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards during all production activities.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments for seamless workflow.
- Maintain proper production records, logbooks, and daily reports.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Train and guide plant operators and contract manpower on safe work practices and process operations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support the Production Manager in planning and executing production schedules.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of chemical process operations and batch handling.
- Understanding of production safety and environmental compliance.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting systems.
