Biitcode is urgently hiring for the post **of Machine Operator - Fresher** for our client. Please find the details below.

**Position: Machine Operator - Fresher**

**Location: Muradnagar (Sybly Industrial area)**

**Total Working Hours**: 12 hours
**Standard Shift**: 8 hours
**Overtime (OT)**: 4 hours

**Salary**: 13K + OT

**Requisites**:

- **Knowledge of extrusion processes and machine settings** (preferred but not mandatory)
- Attention to detail to **ensure quality control**:

- Understanding of **safety protocols in manufacturing**:

- Ability to work in **a team and meet production deadlines**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate extruder machines to process rubber for tire components.
- Adjust temperature, pressure, and speed settings to achieve desired shapes.
- Monitor the extrusion process for uniformity and quality control.
- Trim, cut, and inspect extruded rubber for defects.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
