**Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
- To look after the day to day breakdowns and quick handing over, preventive maintenance within time, equipment health and project management and safety
- Supervises maintenance workers and contractors.
- Develops maintenance policies and procedures, Orders tools, supplies, and equipment and responds to maintenance requests.
- Knowledge on Equipment like ESP ,FSP Presses, Kilns and Grinding equipment.
- Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.
- Min 15/ 20 yrs experience in a Process Plant
- Diploma in Mech/Electrical Engineering from a reputed Institution.
