**Job Title**: Russian Language - Trainer

**Experience**: min. 3 years

**Position Overview**: As a Russian Language Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering dynamic and effective language training programs to individuals eager to learn Russian. Leveraging your expertise in Russian language instruction, you will guide curiosity learners through interactive lessons, practical exercises, and cultural insights, enabling them to develop strong communication skills and cultural competence. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured language training modules focused on Russian grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.
- Design interactive and communicative learning activities, including role-plays, games, multimedia resources, and real-life scenarios, to facilitate active engagement and language acquisition.
- Provide personalized guidance and feedback to learners, offering support, encouragement, and cultural insights to help them progress in their language learning journey.
- Tailor teaching materials and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles, proficiency levels, and learner goals, ensuring an inclusive and effective learning experience for all participants.
- Incorporate authentic cultural content and experiences into the curriculum to enhance learners’ understanding and appreciation of Russian culture, history, and traditions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in language teaching methodologies, instructional technologies, and Russian language proficiency standards, and integrate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress and identify areas for improvement, adjusting teaching strategies and content delivery as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and mutual respect among learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Russian Studies, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Russian as a foreign language, with a proven track record of successful language instruction and curriculum development.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, with excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds and create a positive and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Passion for language teaching and cultural exchange, with a genuine interest in fostering language proficiency and intercultural competence among learners.
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, such as communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and proficiency-based instruction.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital learning resources is desirable.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, Russian Teaching Certification) is a plus.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM

Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
