Responsibilities:

- Maintaining network security using Sophos XG Firewall
- Maintaining system security using Sophos Endpoint Protection
- Implementing, maintaining ISMS and HIPAA controls
- Monitoring and resolving security incidents.
- Maintaining ISMS and HIPAA reports
- AWS cloud management
- Verify that peripherals are working properly.
- Quickly arrange for repair in occasion of hardware failure
- Monitor System performance, network communication.
- Create file systems, installsoftware, create a backup and recovery policy.
- Implement the policies forthe use of the computer system and network.
- Setup security policies for users (using firewalls and intrusion detection systems)
- Maintain documentation in the form of internal Wikipedia.
- Password and identity management
- Installing, updating, and upgrading Windows, Mac, Linux operating systems
- Installing and troubleshooting software development tools
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Android and iOS device management
- Maintaining GIT source code server
- Managing Jira ticketing tool
- Managing Google Workspace
- Configuring VPN and VPN clients
- Hardware and software asset inventory management
- Maintaining backups
- Access provisioning
- CCTV and Biometric access management
- Vendor management
- Flexible traveling to Bangalore office when required.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in Computer hardware and networking
- Working experience in User administration (setup and maintaining account)
- Working experience in Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems
- Working experience in Android/iOS devices
- Working experience in ISMS/HIPAA implementation
- Working experience in setting up VPN, VMs, firewalls
- Working experience in handling GIT and software development tools
- Working experience in handling ticketing tools
- Working experience in setting up, managing, and updating UEM DLP, MDM solutions
- Experience in scripting will be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹508,000.00 per year
