**Location**: ECIL, Hyderabad
**Position**: Full-Time Mother Teacher

**About Us**

The Little Titans Preschool follows a blended curriculum inspired by the **Finnish**, **Montessori**, **Reggio Emilia**, and **NEP 2020** approaches. We focus on hands-on learning, exploration, and building confident, happy, independent children.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Mother Teacher** who can take full responsibility for one classroom. The teacher should be warm, patient, and able to guide children in their learning, behaviour, and daily routines.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Teach using play-based, hands-on, child-led methods.
- Plan activities that match our blended curriculum.
- Observe children closely and support their individual needs.
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.
- Communicate clearly with parents about their child’s daily progress.
- Work well with co-teachers, aunties, and the school team.
- Take part in events, celebrations, and training sessions.

**EligibilityRequired**
- **ECCE certification**:

- _OR_
- Knowledge/experience in **Montessori**, **Reggio Emilia**, or other modern early learning methods.**Preferred**:

- Experience working in **international or progressive preschools** that follow activity-based, child-led learning, without exams or textbooks.

**Not Preferred**
- Teachers from **traditional teaching backgrounds** that rely mainly on rote learning, dictation, and worksheet-based teaching.

**Additional Skills**
- Good English communication.
- Kind, patient, and child-friendly personality.
- Creative and willing to learn new methods.
- Comfortable using digital tools (we use Kindiedays app).
